7-Day Return Policy

You may return your product within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the product at their own cost. Durable Furniture does not cover return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• A refund or exchange will be processed

• This may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom-made furniture

• Clearance or sale items

• Items damaged due to misuse

Important Notes

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Items returned after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
