Returns and Refunds (CPA & ECTA)

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA):

Online Cooling-off Period: Since you are buying online, you have 7 days after receiving the goods to return them for a full refund (Section 44 of ECTA). You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping/courier fees).
Defective Goods: If your furniture is defective or unsafe, you may return it within 15 days for a repair, replacement, or refund. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by negligence.
